Cancellation Policy

To request cancellation, email contact@carolosews.store within 6 hours of placing the order and include the order number.

We will try to honor an eligible request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once measurements have been reviewed, materials have been allocated, or cutting, embroidery, or sewing has begun. Made-to-order production may begin quickly.

If cancellation is approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method. Payment-provider processing normally takes 5–10 business days after the refund is issued.

Requests made after the cancellation window are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Event cancellation, date changes, or inaccurate customer-provided measurements do not create an automatic right to cancel after production begins.
